COMMUNITY DENTAL SERVICES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE

If you are unable to access care within a General Dental Practise due to a disabling condition, the Community Dental Service may be able to help.

The telephone contact for the Community Dental Service is 01896 822167 and you should ask to speak to the dental secretary. The secretary will ask some basic questions and the details you provide will be passed on to one of the Community Dentists.
