Coastal-Coldingham Sands

Sandy beach with picnic tables, paved path to paved area and bench. Coastal plants include cowslips in spring, restharrow and marram grass. Birds to look out for at sea include gannets, Herring gulls, fulmars, kittiwakes and Eider ducks. Butterflies such as painted lady and moths in summer. Seals may be seen. Disabled Parking is available at the bottom of the steep tarmac road beyond the gate (which is open at all times). Disabled access RADAR toilet.
