Burn Mill Footpath, Lauder

Fairly level paths along this burn. First short section is level and wide to Picnic Area.
By crossing the burn over the wooden bridge a short circular route can be taken.
Path continues along fairly level paths, with a narrow section. Boardwalks and bridges have a low step up to level surfaces. Narrow bench seats.

Look out for Tadpoles in Spring, Alder, Willow, Knapweed, Yellowhammer.

P Car park beside Southern Upland Way Information shelter to the South of Lauder on the Galashiels road. From here there is a very steep path over a bridge to join the paths however a more level path can be followed by going onto the road and joining the path at the roadside.
